Are you curious about yoga? Want to know what a down dog is? Or, do you feel like you lead a stressful, hectic life full of busy schedules, and with never any time to pause, be still and breathe?

If you’re new to yoga or still at the start of your journey, and want to learn more about this beautiful ancient practice that has been passed down over the centuries from generation to generation; that gives a sense of connection to your body, mind and spirit, strengthens and stretches the muscles, relieves stress and leaves you with a feeling of inner peace by the end, then this is the course for you.

This is a 5-week introductory course to yoga for beginners, running every Monday evening on Zoom. You will learn the basics of yoga poses and philosophy, and leave each session not only more knowledgeable, but also feeling more zen.
