You will need:
A good wifi connection.
A clear and quiet space to practice.
Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, strap and 2 yoga blocks and bricks. Alternatively, you can get creative here and improvise with belts and books!
Classes are streamed via ZOOM. This is free to download - please do so in advance of the session.

What is yoga?
